Awareness Through Movement® Class
Would you like to improve the way you move? Learn new
ways to move that will ease your pain? Awareness Through Movement ® (ATM)
classes are a series of movement explorations to help you learn to recognize
your physical habits and introduce more efficient, healthy patterns. The
teacher verbally guides you through a sequence of gentle movements intended
to develop a greater awareness of how you move. As you learn to let go of
limiting habits, you will find satisfaction in your newfound abilities.
After an ATM class, you will likely experience a feeling of relaxation and
ease. You may breathe more freely and find your thoughts have more clarity.
An ATM class is full of pleasant surprises and personal breakthroughs.
