Feldenkrais® is a method of
neuro-muscular education that teaches you to use your own senses to find the
movement that works best for you.
By learning to use your senses in a new way you will reclaim movements that
had become lost. The Feldenkrais Method® is a method of somatic education
that was developed by Moshe Feldenkrais, D.Sc.
Dr Feldenkrais was an engineer, a physicist, and a martial arts expert. He
drew on these fields as well as linguistics, biology, perinatal development
and athletics in developing his method.
